• Making sure you have plenty of windshield wiper fluid
• Applying rain repellant to your windshield (not only improves visibility when its raining, also makes it easier on your windshield wiper blades)
• Keeping glass cleaner handy
• Keeping deicer handy

All these steps will aid in maintaining or even improving driver visibility. Another important aspect in visibility is keeping your headlights clean. Most people do not pay as close attention to cleaning their headlights as they do their windshields, however, doing so will improve your visibility at night.
